We schedule just one Parent Teacher Conference on our calendar per school year within the first quarter. If you do not hear from the teachers personally, this means your student is on pace and there is no urgent need for a conference.
Throughout the year, your student’s teacher will notify you if your student needs extra attention. You can also request an appointment at any time with your student’s teacher(s). We ask that you always go directly to the teacher with any issues before you contact our executive staff.
We support each parent and each teacher reaching out to communicate during the school year, as each student will have specific needs or issues at various times. Please always feel free to contact our office and/or teachers as your students’ needs arise. We also strongly encourage you to make a habit of using the resources we have made available. our Tutorme.com and the FACTS/RENWEB portal has assignments, grades and finer details about your student at your fingertips.
