All athletes are required to register through RegisterMyAthlete.com
For every sport at SLHS, students need to register through aktivate.com. On this website, you will fill out forms, indicate which sport your child will be joining, download the Physical Exam form to take to your doctor, and then upload the completed exam form back to the site. This is also where you will pay the sports fee. Every athlete needs a physical completed this way every year. Please watch for our Sports Meetings which are scheduled at the beginning of every season.
